Cure Tinnitus with Simple Excercises
Exercise 1: Open your jaws as wide as possible, without exerting too much. With jaws wide open, touch the roof of mouth with the tip of your tongue. Move the tongue tip in backward direction (i.e. towards tonsils), while it touches the roof of your mouth. Hold for few seconds. Then pull your tongue out of your mouth and stretch it the maximum and hold for few seconds. Repeat 4-5 times.
Exercise 2: Sit upright. Bow your head to the front in such a way that the chin comes in contact with your chest. Intertwine fingers of your hands and keep them at the back of your head. Pull your head back and oppose this rear movement with intertwined hands. Avoid over exertion. Repeat it 3-5 times twice a day. This exercise is very effective for tinnitus.
