Main side effects include dry mouth & throat, indigestion, gastric disorders, constipation, headache, dry eye, dizziness, drowsiness and blurred vision.

What Are The Contraindications Of Trospium chloride?
Trospium should be used cautiously in patients with gastrointestinal obstructive disorders, as it may cause gastric retention. It is also contraindicated in narrow-angle glaucoma, central nervous system disorders, hypersensitivity, renal impairment and hepatic dysfunction.
