Aceclofenac is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), which is used for pain relief in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
Paracetamol is a well-known household name for head ache and fever in several parts of the world. It is a generic analgesic used as a pain killer along with other drugs. It is available as a tablet, capsule, intravenous injection, and syrup.
